About Us

Personal & Educational Background

Born as one of six children to immigrant West Indian parents, Natoya is a first generation college graduate. As a proud HBCU graduate, she attended the illustrious Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University (FAMU) and obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration via the School and Business of Industry.

During her senior year in high school, she relentlessly sought out scholarships but did not receive enough funds to cover the entire cost of college by the time of graduation. She was terrified of how she was going to afford college as she headed to FAMU to move in the dorms that fall. Two days after moving in, her mother called with the news that she received a state scholarship which covered the entire college tuition for four years! That is when she chose the to live by the the phrase: DO IT SCARED!

She went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Agrosy University and upon graduation, continued to progress in Corporate America. A couple of years later, she obtained her real estate license and began selling real estate as well.

She is happily married to her college sweetheart and they have one daughter and one son who keep them very busy. Being a mother is her absolute favorite title.

Natoya held various positions at very large corporations but always felt as if there was something more she wanted to do with her life. While working in Corporate America, she obtained a real estate license. She was able to build up a real estate clientele. When the time was right, she departed corporate America and decided to become a full time entrepreneur. With no regrets, she only wished that she would have done this sooner!

Passion & Purpose

Natoya is multi-faceted and has always loved helping people. Below are just a few illustrations of how she has been able to help others:

Assisted several high school graduates apply for college
Consulted with people who had a business idea and helped them to become entrepreneurs
Made home ownership dreams come true for first-time home buyers
Inspired others to take action and chase their dreams through public speaking events
Giving back to the community and helping the less fortunate via Trinity's Promise Non-Profit Organization.

Natoya knows what her purpose is. She understand the assignment and the God-given gift that she has to complete it. Helping people to become the BEST versions of themselves is Natoya's passion!
